The staff are really nice! Location perfect!

near to subway but small

near to subway. hop off at yeoksam station,exit 3. turn left into the 1st alley.the hotel is just next to star hotel.

the suite is not actually a suite. they only put 1 chair in the dressing room and called it as suite.no proper seating area or sofas. the bathroom can easily get wet after shower.really uncomfortable.

Something different, in a good way.

Very contemporary room, something different from the normal hotels, very nice bathroom but got spaces in between the wall.

The room is a bit dim, maybe good for couples but not for family.

The staff was friendly and willing to answer questions.

Close to the destination we wanted to visit. Plus, it was closed to subway.

The room needed more lighting and the walls needed to be painted.

Great price, location and accommodation

The room has a separated work place from the bedroom. Great and very confortable when you want to check your emails. The Housekeeping employees are very kind and effective. Awesome location near the Yeoksam station!

Not so easy to get access to the taxi as they are not coming at the front door.

Very nice designed rooms. Very comfortable bed. Some rooms have their own small working spaces which is very useful when you have to work. Extremly friendly and helpful staff.

Great value, spacious, excellent location and comfy beds!

This hotel is great for anyone staying for a short stay or who wants a decent place, with good value, clean, spacious and great staff. Yes it doesn’t have amenities like a gym or room service but it’s perfect for a stay in Seoul in the Gangnam area. So close to the train/subway station and so many places all around. We were 3 ppl and the room was spacious for us all. Also the bed was so comfortable!

No hospitality, just glossy looks

The design of the rooms is beautiful and exactly as shown on the images. With a catch though, see below. Many of the rooms have absolutely no view with a straight wall 10 cm away, so make sure that you are aware of that when you are booking. My room had a normal view. I liked that the wardrobe & table was separate, which gave a luxurious, spacious feeling. However, there were not enough hangers and no drawers for example underwear. The room came with a bathrobe, slippers, and quite nice toiletries. There are a lot of cafes around. The location was very close to Yeoksam metro station, and a lot of coffee shops and restaurants. The Coex convention center is 2 metro stops + 10 min walk away, which is great, but I would not recommend the location for a tourist/sight seeing stay.

Someone needs to fire the interior architect. Everyone can do lovely style, but what about function?! As a guest, I don’t want to be living in an impractical glossy picture. This is what this hotel is. I was aggravated how little thought there was on comfort. There was not a single hook in the bathroom, what was the plan should be done with the wet towels? Or the bathrobe? Why is there no glass wall for the shower (I get that a shower curtain would be ugly)? Why is the lighting in the bathroom minimal? So I can’t see my wrinkles? Guess what, I could not see my make up, either. Why is there no plugs next to the bed? Because you provided one plug-less charger (that I don’t like to use because my phone overheats)? There is a (one) fancy light-switch-panel next to the bed. What is person number two supposed to do when they need some light, or want to read and then switch of the light? Get up, walk around the bed, and switch the light off, walk back in the darkness? Lovely. The rooms are also very loud, you can hear the neighbours talk, also in the hallway. What however really set me off were plastic bed covers that were placed directly under the thin sheet. It is a cheap type old incontinent people get in nursing homes, or toddlers that are still wetting their beds. I freaked out when I lay down the first time. It felt like there was an IKEA shopping bag right under me- loud, hard, and uncomfortable. I thought there might have been a mistake, and that perhaps there was a baby the night before in that room. So I took it away as I did not want to sweat on that piece of plastic and wake myself up every time I turn around. Bit how wrong I was! When I talked to the reception, they said it had to be there to make sure there I would not spill on the mantras. Excuse me?! Spill what? Never in all my years of travelling have I encountered that! Instead of changing a thin upper mattress cover now and then, they would rather have their guests sleep lousy, on a plastic bag.

Convenient but a bit overpriced

Location and peaceful in your room. It was a good room to sleep and rest.The location is convenient.(next to Yeoksam Exit 3 and 6020 airport bus is on the opposite.)

It wasnt as beautiful as seen in booking site, no any city view as promote. I was so disappointed because I have decided to pay more for the reasons :( it hurts me till now

We stayed there 3 weeks, even with short comings we managed. We enjoyed our stay there & would stay there again.

Excellent location near shopping , restaurants & transportation. courteous & helpful staff, clean & well maintained rooms, plenty of hot water & good water pressure

lack of counter top space, room appears very spacious on website photo due to full wall mirror. But room is small. No shower curtain. No personal safe in room, no microwave.

Fantastic location and clean & convenient hotel.

Fantastic location right next to public transport and the downtown Gangnam. Was very convenient having many eatery options nearby.

Coffeeshop was not running where I could have met other travelers staying in the same hotel. There was no space for socialising.
